The Cathedral Quarter Development Plan 2012 - 2017 sets out the vision for a vibrant cultural quarter in the city centre and the way to attain it. We believe this Plan captures the Cathedral Quarter’s vibrancy
and tremendous promise, and also focuses attention on its vulnerabilities.
